Being a mirror.

Humans seem to be the only ones who have the gift, canceled the ongoing workings of the mind, to be able to enter into contemplation and fully integrate with the object of their vision, as well as the other senses.

Leonardo wrote: "Who Wants to paint a figure if he can't be it, he can't do it." Socrates by Plato: "We are all that we know." Li Po: "We sit together the mountain and I, until only the mountain remains."

Since the beginning of his journey on earth since  the prehistoric astronomical and archaeological mysteries, to those civilizations that now seem so far away, to the vision of the Trinity that Dante masterly describes in his Paradise, from East to West, from North to South through the centuries and millennia, there are countless traces of how Man has kept the sense of himself and his journey through the exercise of his highest faculties: Knowledge for Identification.

The genes of poetry, and any other art are nothing more than privileged Witnesses of this.

Some more than others, through the depth of their investigation and the incredible ability to manipulate the "materia", as the words, have left us something that sometimes leaves us speechless, without explanation, blissfully suspended in a cloud of doubts about how, someone who has skill and talent, can produce so much wonder, simply expressing the Living. They deserve our admiration, our tribute to their patience and love as we are going, in an attempt to emulate them, to become their students."
